Hello All!
Well, we have some pretty bad news. We didn't get the house that we were talking about. The landlord is extremely difficult to work with and he wanted a solid year contract from us, which we can't do, because we don't know when we are coming home yet! So that is sad. Luckily, when we went house shopping, we found more than one that would work for us, so pray that the second or third choice on our list is still available. This is a real bummer for us, because we did really love the house we looked at. HOWEVER, we know that God has it under control and He is going to place us EXACTLY where He wants us to be. So, we really have nothing to worry about. It's just hard sometimes when you think God is going to work in a certain way, and then he throws a loophole in the plans.
So we would REALLY appreciate prayer for a house, because we are still wanting to get into one before we come back for Christmas.
Speaking of Christmas, we are coming back on Monday, the 22nd of December. Our plane, if it is on time, will arrive at 5:30PM. The lovely Mr. and Mrs. Cota have offered to pick us up from the airport. If anyone else would like to come say hi, we would love to see you, but don't feel pressured. We are going up to our Grandma's for a few days while we are home. We will probably be up there from Tuesday to Friday, but we aren't really sure yet. Then, sadly, we have to leave on New Years Eve, which is a Wednesday. I am not sure what time our plane flies out yet. So, that is what's going on around here.
I hope all of you are doing well! We have heard rumors that it is getting "white" in Derby. I hope there is some leftover snow when we get there!
PS...The pictures are from when we went to Cheddar Gorge. Yes, if you are thinking cheese, you are right. Cheddar cheese is said to have originated from the Cheddar Gorge Caves. When we went, they were selling it everywhere! :)
